Wow, I can't believe that Charlie is almost five months old. We have really had a wild ride so far. For the first three months, Charlie was colicky. He would start screaming around 5:30 p.m. and it would go for hours and hours. I would almost be in tears but Jarrod would take him and rock him in a dark room and that seemed to help. He woke every 2 hours to feed.
I worked hard to try to keep him away from big crowds (as instructed by the doctors) b/c the swine flu was so terrible in Alabama.
We have had alot of sleepless nights!
This week, Charlie started blowing raspberries and he does it all the time now. He loves to try to stand up! His hair started turning blond a few weeks ago. It was dark brown but now it is sorta light brown.
We started trying rice cereal a few weeks ago. Charlie would rather suck on the spoon.
Charlie laughed out loud this week! It was a funny sort of laugh. It reminded me a little of Beavis and Butthead! I was tickling him under his arms and under his chin and he giggled while we were in the car. It was so funny. Jarrod got him on video doing it! :)
Charlie is 24 inches long and is weighing in at about 15 pounds.
